The project locates at very centre of Huzhou City. It has the most busy commercial street to the west and a residential community to the west. It was the site of Huzhou silk factory with heavy historical heritage.
The silk like waving curtain wall which connects the tower and the retail podium brings the local memory whilst presents a modern image for Huzhou City. Three urban plazas along the main street are functioned as podium of retail street. They provide resting spaces for people meanwhile attract the people to the retail space. The high-end residential towers sit at the west of the site. The towers form two clusters with private and prestigious gardens.
